The structure of an allocation policy supporting resource failure.

Class Summary

AvailabilityInfo	This class is used by GridSim users to check whether a particular resource is working or is totally failed.
FailureMsg	This class is used by RegionalGISWithFailure to commnunicate with GridResourceWithFailure for simulating a resource failure.
GridResourceWithFailure	GridResourceWithFailure is based on GridResource, but with added failure functionalities.
RegionalGISWithFailure	RegionalGISWithFailure is based on RegionalGIS, but with added failure functionalities.
SpaceSharedWithFailure	SpaceSharedWithFailure class is based on SpaceShared, but with added failure functionalities.
